This entry-level program is designed to equip Modern Manufacturing Technicians with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a modern production environment.
Apprentices learn to work safely and efficiently while developing essential soft skills like communication, time management, and organization – skills that are valuable in any workplace. The program provides a structured learning experience, enabling apprentices to master the tools and techniques of their work areas and contribute meaningfully to the company’s goals.
The MBUSI Apprenticeship adheres to the rigorous standards of the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship. The comprehensive program consists of 36 competencies, complemented by 35 credit hours (585 contact hours) of related classroom instruction.
