Job Summary
We are currently Mercedes Benz Stadium hiring for a Supervisory role. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our services by supervising hourly associates and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the efficient ordering and inventory management of products, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Maintain product and labor costs within budgetary guidelines, contributing to financial efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and train hourly staff, ensuring consistent implementation of policies and procedures and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain consistently high standards of efficient service delivery, especially during peak hours at Mercedes Benz Stadium events.
- Uphold strict principles of sanitation and safety in all aspects of food and equipment handling, prioritizing guest and team member well-being.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the overall success of operations at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
Qualifications:
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, reflecting the active nature of the stadium environment.
