Despite applying penetrating fluids like Rustolene, diesel, liquid grease, and WD40 over a week, there’s been no movement whatsoever. This presents a considerable challenge, especially concerning parts availability for an engine in this condition. Navigating the intricacies of sourcing components for a vintage Mercedes W114 engine is proving to be a real test of patience and resourcefulness.
On a brighter note, the W114’s meter has been expertly serviced by Ramesh Bhai Meterwala. His craftsmanship is truly remarkable. Even the headlight restoration is under his capable hands.
